PD: Fatal crash driver blew .12

GALLUP — A painstaking investigation by Gallup Police investigators since a fatal crash July 23 on Interstate Highway 40 was able to confirm Arlene Garnenez as the driver of a pickup that went out of control and flipped several times, killing two passengers, and that her blood alcohol level at the time was .12.
